Five Apps I'm Loving This Year

It's been a long damn day, ya feel me? Currently sipping red wine, waiting on pizza to be delivered and for Ladies of London to come on Bravo tonight. This year one of my goals for this site is to give you more business insight & things that work for me on a daily basis. I'm obsessed with apps that can provide me with A. motivation B. convenience and C. knowledge. Recently I've added 5 new apps to my iPhone so I thought I'd share those with you. 

1. The Secret Daily Teachings App

This App is an extension of the New York Times Best-Selling book by Rhonda Byrne, The Secret. In this book, she explains the Law of Attraction and how you can use it to create your dream life. All around the world, people have been inspired by her teachings to live the life of their dreams with these principles. If you haven't heard of this book, I'd highly suggest you check it out! (Linked below). This App provides you with a daily quote or teaching. I always find these daily reminders thought-provoking and they are a constant reminder that you are what you think. Positive thoughts attract positive, negative thoughts attract negative. Download on the Apple App Store here

2. Shipt

Shipt is a Grocery Delivery service that I recently started using. You order, a reliable shopper grabs the items you've selected & they deliver (same day service)! Orders over $35 have free delivery! I've found it to be super convenient and such a time-saver! In our area the store that is available is Publix, which is perfect because that's where I do the majority of our grocery shopping. My shoppers have been great so far, and they send me text notifications of their progress & if any items I've ordered are out of stock. You can order the groceries on your computer or by using their app (here). Another favorite feature is you are able to tip your shopper through the app, so no worries if you don't have any cash on hand. 

3. Breathe

Stop, Breathe & Think App provides you with "Emotional Wellness Everyday." This app gives you the skills to develop and apply kinds and compassion in your daily life through Stop, Breathe, Think! You Stop what you are doing & check in with the app. You practice mindful breathing, and then you can practice different meditations. Basically this app teaches you how to meditate. I've been enjoying this app. Sometimes during the day I get so caught up in my work & thoughts and become quite tense. This app gives me a few minutes to center my thoughts and de-stress. 4. Udemy

Udemy is the largest online learning marketplace. It provides you with courses in SO MANY different areas and topics that are completely online. I found this website a few weeks ago and I swear I've already purchased 8 courses (they were on a MAJOR sale at the beginning of the year). I am a firm believer that you should never stop learning. They have courses in Business, IT, Lifestyle, Photography, Health & Business, Music, Academics, and many more. For example, I've purchased "How to use GMAIL to Maximize your Productivity," "a Photoshop Course, Illustrator Course, "Advanced Excel Formulas" and a Digital Marketing course. 5. Oprah & Deepak Chopra Meditation Experience

As you can probably tell, I'm trying to incorporate more meditation practices into my daily life. I find Oprah to be such an inspirational figure so when I saw a course titled "7 Days to Relieve Stress & Anxiety" in my e-mail, I felt it was picked for me. I downloaded the course through the app. Here is a description of the course-
